Reach the clinic a few minutes before your turn and show your token at reception.
What to bring to your visit
- All previous blood reports, however old
- Your current prescription or the medicine strips themselves
- Your glucose meter and any readings you have recorded
- Discharge summaries from any hospital admission
- A list of supplements, ayurvedic or homeopathic medicines you take
- Your blood pressure readings if you monitor at home
